The 2014 expos mark our 26th consecutive year of hosting the expos.
How many people come to the expos?
While there are never guarantees as to the total number of attendees, our events normally attract several thousand attendees.
How are the expos promoted?
We promote our expos each year on a variety of fronts including advertisements and articles in Lovin’ Life After 50 (circulation 125,000), radio advertisements, activities directors at senior living communities, personal outreach and flyers posted at all major plus-50 communities, and more.
Will you have food there or should I bring my lunch?
We include two lunches with all rented booths at each respective expo.
Does the price for the booth include the draping and the table inside the booth?
The booth price is inclusive and includes a fully-draped 8’ x 8’ booth with a six-foot table positioned at the front of the booth. An additional table is available for a $50 fee.
What if we need electricity at out booth?
Electricity is available at all of our expos for a nominal charge. The price varies per expo. Please see the reservation application page for pricing
What are payment terms?
Payment terms are 50% deposit required to confirm space reservations. Balance due one month prior to Expo dates.
What are Deadline and Cancellation Charges?
A $150 per booth fee will be charged for cancellations made after registration application and payment is received. No refunds will be made one month prior to Expo dates.
